We live in Spain and went through this quest ourselves: ten websites, WhatsApp threads, “an operator will reply within an hour”. After a flight you want one thing — to get in and go.
So we built our own app — a rarity even for Europe: the price is instant and final, booking takes two taps, the driver is on your screen, and chat support speaks your language.

Questions and answers
1.How far is Barcelona Airport from the city centre?
About 15 km. By transfer — 25–40 minutes depending on traffic. We plan for traffic in advance, and the price doesn't depend on travel time.
2.Is the price really not going to change?
No. The amount is fixed when you book and doesn't depend on traffic, time of day or detours.
3.What if my flight is delayed?
We track the arrival: the driver comes for the actual landing time. Waiting is free.
4.Do you have child seats?
Yes. Tell us the child's age when booking — we'll install the seat in advance, at no extra cost.
5.How will I find my driver?
The driver waits for you at the exit, and their name, photo and car plate are visible in the app. Want a name-sign meeting — add the Meet & Greet option when booking (already included in Premium).
6.What language does the driver speak?
All drivers speak English; any other languages the driver speaks are visible in the app. Chat support — in your language.
7.How do I pay?
By card in the app or in cash to the driver. The receipt arrives automatically.
